Could this beat OLED to the PC monitor market?
I doubt it since OLED has been more developed and is even used in some cell phones today. But this will probably follow....

Well, they're not really competing for the same market-share... Additionally, I'm guessing that roughly *no* software utilizes the possible spectrum of functionality offered by this device.
Regardless, it does look intriguing. |
ok it won't beat it, but won't the corperation eventually make one for PC"s (without the hand interaction thing). That would be reallly cool

but i remember a company made a similar holographic display as well in a sphere with things spinning but this seems a big step further great find, U235 |
It might be useful to corporations in a less obvious way than stated on the site. They may save on the cost of displays in the long run because of less damage to displays due to being punched.
