Just wondering if you knew this or not but the read out for the temp on any koolance is around 10-15 degrees off. But anyhow nice little setup

Jason425 10-04-2003 10:18 PM

where did you hear that? and why is that?

head over to overclocker.com or visit any watercooling forum. Actually AI could look in his bios and see that its off. My friend has the koolance case and his lcd read said 87f well he went into his bios and it read 41c=105. This is just heads up for AI thats all wouldn't want him to fry his stuff.

AI, u took the old PSU out of the case and used another one on the back of it?

is it because things cant all fit in or what?

Actually the koolance is dead on correct for waterblock temp which is what it measures. If you go by underside cpu temp which is what most mobo's read it is 9F off which puts it at 90F cooling the overclocked 9800 pro and also the overclocked 2500+, so no I do not think I will have any fried components anytime soon with those great temps for both units both being cooled! Also yes I did go with an external powersupply because the stock 200W does not cut it with all the stuff I have onbored, I may go dual stock supplies soon, or mabey not :)
