StarMicro Order Shipping Question
 

Anyone else ever have problems getting a response from StarMicro Inc. regarding delayed shipping of an order?

I purchased a Pentium 4 processor last week and have not been able to contact them by email regarding my order :(

Any experience with these guys or similar problems with email replies and delayed shipping orders?

i've found that every company in the world has a bunch of idiots that check their email once every 3 weeks and don't reply except for some bs.. so i'd just call them
