The Pentium 4 3.2C. It may be 32-bits, but it sure looks nice.

Or ASUS's Socket 754 mobo. I love ASUS mobo's, but seriously, if you are going to include onboard audio, why not have surround sound outputs built into the back of the mobo?! Lose the Serial or parallel port, or even drop a couple USB ports, SOMETHING.
