Microsoft offers a web based tool that will analyze your computer and compare it against existing games, it will then rate your computer for performance against the games specifications. An interesting tool to use and see if your rig is as good as you think it is. Try checking your rig against Lock On, Call of Duty, Tron 2.0, and Rainbow Six 3 as those seem to be some of the more demanding games.
