A7V600 and RADEON9200

i have a ASUS A7V600 and a RADEON 9200SE, when i install the graphics card i get MEMORY ADDRESS and I/O PORT conflicts, can anyone help please

Check the bios - make sure it's set to AGP card and see if anything else is video related and play with it. It also might be a doa card but not likely.
