Covad says it needs 3 things to survive: Cost-cutting measures (which they insist they've already done), a more stable customer base (which the say they already have). Oh, and $400 million to $700 million, which is "a small enough amount of money that we'll be able to raise it" according to Charles McMinn. Washington Post story Here

I doubt that they will make it too much longer...
Look at @link or any other of the failed DSL companies.  As soon as there was word of them evne thinking about going under the walls started falling down around them!
