Internet Connection sharing software & DHCP
 

Does all ICS software (not MS OS built-in) use DHCP? I really hope there are some that don't require DHCP because I like static IPs for my networked pcs.

If you have several machines on a network, but only one connection to the internet. And you want to browse the net from the other machines, just like you can from the machine that's connected.
