help with ports!!!!!!
 

i was wondering what port(s) are used for instant messenging in ex. (aim), and what port(s) is used for file sharing in ex. (kazza)? and how would i set up those ports to run them? im trying to do this at school with a block, so thats why i need to know. thanks.

what filter does your school use, and is it based locally?

its bess and its based in canton ohio so its not locally
