PLEASE HELP ME WITH AIM
 

I currently have the newest AIM. I was using it fine, until today. Whenever I try and send an IM, it takes 7 seconds for it to appear on my screen. I have a cable modem and no lag. So, I type the message, then click send, and it takes 7 seconds for it to appear, and i can't do anything until it appears on my screen. Please help me with this problem. Thanks you

Is the software responding slowly in any other way? I'd just recommend re-installing the software. You might even consider just using Trillian.

exactly 7 seconds? thats really something.. i dont care much for AIM either, and would stick with trillian if i were you. i only use AIM to transfer files when my GF proofreads my reports, cuz im inept and get get that feature to work in trillian.

Wish 3.0 would come out.

And yes it does have lag there is always lag

sounds like a computer issue
