Boot Time Tweaks

im running windows XP Pro, and i cant seem to figure out why my startup gets continually slower. ive run msconfig and set only the programs i want to run at startup - and havent changed them. i ran the XP tweakguide listed on here not to long ago, and it booted in under 10 seconds, now however, its taking pwards of thirty. i remember i cleared out the prefetch, moved the paging file to a seperate drive and disabled alot of services, none of which i have changed. i havent cleaned out the prefetch tho cuz its seems to work better if you let it go.

i have some ideas as to what it is,
1. prefetch [in which case ill deal with it]
2. temp folders [there are quite a few]
3. less hard drive space than before??

if anyone knows what to do, or has a program that can do it for me, it would really be appreciated.
