U.S. Navy will use Rail guns by 2011
 

And here I was thinking I was the only one mastering the Art of the Rail Gun. I wonder if foreign armies will cry "rail wh**e" when the Navy begins bullseye'ing armies from half a continent away. Seems the department of Defense took a lesson or two away from Q3.
