Nero won't detect damned cdrw

We have a Memorex 52x32x52, and Nero 5.5.8.0 just won't detect it. I installed the latest Adaptec ASPI drivers, and fully removed, and re-installed Nero. Any ideas?

= bad disk.. or try a diff program..

I REALLY don't wan't to even thinking about trying EZ-CD creator

no disk, Nero dosen't see the DRIVE as a rw

was gonna suggest trying the windows one, but you're on 2k.. so....... uh.. maybe there's a patch for nero
