Well, to get back on topic, I tried reversing the fan ontop of the heatsink so it would suck instead of blow...

...the result.. the idle temp rose to 50 and was still moving up when i shut the comp down and put the fan back into its blow position.  So i guess its better to have it blowing.

My idle is now back to 45-46 and load is 51-52
