Microsoft has assumed the right to d/l and install patches without your knowledge.  It could even hose your programs for MP3's and the like.  Now that's one Warranty I'm tryin' to void right now with my Mandrake 8.1 install disk.  Screw Microsoft, Long Live the Penguin.
