Since the case, or power supply, fan is already blowing outward you want the air to continue to exit the rear of the pc.  The best scenario would be to add a fan in the back blowing in, and other fan in the back blowing outward.  This would make continuous air flow over all of the hardware.  This is what I do on all of my pcs and the case stays nice and cool.
