Hi.  The registry hack doesn't work in Windows XP, or at least for me.  In addition, TweakUI as available for XP from Microsoft will not rename it -- right-click on recycle bin gets you nothing.

I still wanna know how to rename my bin. > ???  Stupid Microsoft.
