Ack?! Defrag once a week is cool like tha Admin' said. Also to help keep your temp file woes to a min, try setting your browser to empty temp files to delete each time you exit

Another choice is to lower/heighten how much you want your cache to store . I keep mine at 128 but you can always adjust it  :-* It's in settings for Temp Internet files.
