Actually just about anything will conduct electricty at some point. It's just a matter of pushing it hard enough to overcome the resistance. On the screen savers they found a liquid made by 3M that is safe in electronice. They supercooled it with dry ice then made a fish tank like case. Didn't even have a heatsink on the Thunderbird CPU. Didn't need one. Overclocked the crap out of it and everything stayed way cool. Only costs about $300 a gallon and it evaporates real fast.
