yeah, once you click the "click here to proceed" it counts your vote...oh another thing, its every 11 minutes that it clears your ip, so that u can vote again . Also, if you look at your url when it comes to the top sites, and at the end of your url, it reads .cfm, the vote didnt count for whatever reason. However, if it ended in an .html, it has counted
