That was a goofy comparo and also you can now get a new 4600 for arond $199 now, is like comparing apples and oranges! The 9700 is ati's latest technology against nvidia's last year technology. Compare them when the nv30 gomes out *LOL*!!! Also I personally owned 3 different 9700 pro versions cards, while great on benchmarks they proved to be a pain in the real world so I went back to another 4600ti and have been nothing but smiles ever since! That is my opinion on the matter
