OCZ has reported several cases regarding the counterfeiting of their RAM chips, and they have responded to us with the following statement:

" We are taking every legal action against counterfeiters" said Steve Lee, Director of Strategic Business Development " The problem is horrendous and we will do whatever is required to solve it , in the meantime we will be addressing the issue with affected end users on a one on one basis."
