et...I've looked at the AOpen, but for some reason it never seems to be rated as high as the Pioneer...and I think Pioneer makes it for AOpen and they just slap their name on it. As for the Pioneer...it is the 106S/2...at least thats the latest model number I have seen.

I just put a TDK 48/16-24/48 internal CD-RW into my machine...now I want to put a DVD player in. I have Windows XP Home and when I tried to install a Philips Acoustic Edge sound card....everything got screwed up. Ended up uninstalling the sound card...which never did install correctly. I think I will pick up a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. I have had really good luck with them on every system I have installed them on. I have never had a glitch...so its back to Turtle Beach for me.
