i dont think getting the sensor completely under CPU would be possible because the wire for the thermocouple isnt thin enough to squize thru the CPU pins...

stick with mobo sensor since it already has one
you can look on the mobo's website for downloads of programs
or use MBM if it can grab a correct reading from sensor
