ok it got unstable at that speed

so my friend lowered it down to 10x140

but i thought i can get to 1400 just with fsb so why not go back to 9x multi or 9.5
so i lowered it

now its at
150x9.5
so 1434

should i get ram heatspreader or its not that crucial?
its PC2100 ram
but running at 300MHz now...
so 40MHz of ram OC
