It only took 20 of them to highjack 4 planes. That 20 killed over 3000 people, caused hundreds of millions of dollars in damage and severly disrupted world commerce.

They had help from many more in the organisation and it took them
years of preparation so if it is true they are only 200 I belive they
are to crippled to pull the same thing off.
