announced that Juno and another leading Internet access provider,
NetZero, have agreed to a strategic merger. Together, we will form a
new company called United Online, Inc. This merger will bring together
two of the strongest companies in the Internet access market to form the
second largest Internet service provider in the United States.

The most important thing for you to know is that this merger does not
change our commitment to providing top-quality service to our
subscribers. We will continue providing Juno services (and NetZero
services) after the merger, and in the future United Online plans to
unveil new products and services that will further enhance your online
experience.

Working together with NetZero, we will strive to create the best
possible Internet access experience for our subscribers. As a bigger,
stronger company with significant resources, United Online will be one
