Guess we threw rocks at these today being the missle system does not work becasue the first version did not work so many years ago. That is like saying BMW and Volkswagon still have horrible wireing right now because they did 10 years ago. Or like saying computers are still slow as hell because that 486 I had 10 years ago was sooo slow. *LOL* Also they have fired more missles that must have just fallen out of the sky becasue they never made it even close to hitting their targets, and only two so far sent from iraq were just off target so badly that they landed miles away from the city in the desert. Makes me keep wondering how those missles shot are just suddenly crashing after passing patriot missle sites? why are they just dissapearing from radar? someone shooting them down with an m-16?

Kuwaiti officials said earlier that Iraq fired at least two Scud missiles at the Gulf state but they were intercepted, though Iraq denied having Scuds and any involvement in a strike.
The officials also said Iraq fired two other missiles -- smaller, Chinese-made ones -- into Kuwait's northern desert.
The salvo, the Iraqi statement said, was an expression of Iraq's "firm determination to teach the criminal invaders, hard lessons and make them taste bitter pain."

I would love to know what this "american mentality" is, seeing what you had to say about the war the other day before it even started *LOL* is canada on the french side, oh yeah DUH canada is full of french and french views *LOL* Or should we as Americans still NOT be mad at the french like you said and NOT protest what they did and also stop holding it against them by not purchasing their goods???
