Anyway, could you just post like _one picture_ (pref hundreds) of your modded dell screens to begin with..

I am really getting anxious about this and I can't say that I am a sucker for this project until I see something that looks do-able..

Since noone has managed to do this without +$300 external controllers before.. it would be truly amazing to see this work!
