Loading new software, this error message appeared when rebooting. Previously had removed the "free" McAfee virus offer that popped up every time the computer was turned on. It must have had the missing file, because when the computer (Fujitsu) was restored to a previous backed up day, it notified what file would be restored. Ta-Da.
