well I'm here, at the new house, I'm on the network gateway, the other computers haven't been moved yet. There's an electrical storm coming so I need to make this brief.
We signed up for the gold package @ charter.net cable. And I did a speed test @ TBW (
http://www.thebandwidthplace.com/speedtest ) and I got 171.4 KBps (yes that's bytes/sec, not bits). A great improvement over our previous 113KBps on swbell DSL.
well I'm taking the other computers over tonite and hooking up the network
