Default Some How To Guides

Hard Drive Recovery, for begginers. I recently lost a harddrive and would have to say that this review would not have helped me recover my data (I finally did it with the dd command in Linux, Gpart, and Ontrack). But I can think of many instances where this article could prove very useful.

Once you are in the process of spending hours waiting for data recovery software to run its course, your computer could probably use a bit of a tune-up. Read this article for some good hints on how best to tune up your box.

Was it a hacker, worm, or virus that caused you to have to recover your data. Perhaps you need some help with installing a firewall. PCstats has another how to on exactly that.
