do yourself a favor and don't use water. Get a liquid with a good heat capacity, that's not too viscous (you don't want molasses in there), and most importantly doesn't conduct electricity. you can probably dig something out of a chem book if you look (or ask a prof/teacher). Or for the lazyman, i believe there are products you can buy made specifically for liquid cooling
