Thanks for your reply. I have looked at the driver updates. I am not up on all the tech stuff yet so please bear with me .I think I need a bit more help. It says I should insert the installation disc. I have four cd's and am not sure which One I should use? My pc was set up by another person. I would be really grateful for any advice and help.
