First. Boot with only motherboard, CPU, RAM, and video card. Disconnect all drives. If still no boot, start with video card. Change it if you can. If not, reseat it. If still no boot, reseat the RAM. If you're using two modules, try one at a time. If still no boot, switch out power supply. If again no boot, motherboard may be bad. Switch out if you can.
