Well, do you have indicator LEDs to tell you the reason?
You must have the following to start up: power supply, motherboard, processor, RAM, video card, and fans (CPU and sometimes system). Always test system outside of the case on non-static bag. Connect only the required components (listed above) and you will be able to pinpoint the problem(s).
