OK it's clean now. Are you using MYIE? It basically is an IE clone and uses the same settings as IE. Go to Internet Options/Security tab and set to default. The same with the Privacy tab. Also check your Trend security settings and see if activex is turned off.

Also note that Spybot S & D and Adaware should be run in safe mode also and you should have 'show hidden files' allowed. Explorer/Tools/View/Show Hidden Files, or Control Panel/Folder Options/View
