So, you ladies tired of seeing that anoying picture of Bess pop-up after you enter your site? Well, I was the same way. Sitting in class for hours thinking about how I could come up with a way to get past Bess. And... it finally hit me. Here's what you do.
First: Open explorer and type in
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
Next: Scroll down to where it says "Translate a Web Page". From there simply type in the site you are trying to go to (ex.
www.mtv.com).
FINALLY: This is the most important step. Right underneath where you type in the URL of the site you're trying to visit, you have to change the language from whatever it's set at (I think it's English to Spanish) to Korean to English.
Then hit enter, and be on your way.
This works on MOST not ALL web sites. Try not getting caught doing this or telling alot of people like I went and made the mistake of doing. Because soon your administrator will get wind and block
http://www.altavista.com.
In that case just search Yahoo for another "free online translators" or go to
www.worldlingo.com.
