In response to the concerned citizen, which is obviously Mr. Maher himself:

1) Their bill was not paid.  To this date, you can still call up NSI and ask them about one of hundreds of domains in Netwurx's partner account and they will tell you that the domain is in unpaid status.  In fact, NSI has assured me that the unpaid invoice is over 9 pages long, and all of the domains are going to be suspended soon.  If Netwurx thinks they pay, I can only laugh when their whole ISP goes down from a domain suspension.

I could not have "easily registered the domain with another registrar."  If you are at all familiar with NSI, you will know that they do not allow any domains to be transferred that are in unpaid status.  In fact, even once they become paid you must wait 60 days to transfer them away.  NSI did give me the option of paying the whole invoice, of approx $900 dollars and waiting 60 days.  Obviously I was not going to pay for all of Netwurx's domains.  I actually tried to transfer the domain 4 times, and every single time it was denied for that same reason.

Also, the domain was paid through 06/30/2003, so Mr. Maher cannot make the claim that he did not want to pay for it.  Since it would not come up for renew for another TWO YEARS.

2) The only way to remove it from a partner account is to transfer to another registrar.  Firstly, the partner account must allow the " release" of the domain.  Secondly, the domain could not be transferred because of the aforementioned reasons.

3) As you can see, Mr. Maher is trying to discredit us by making reckless accusations.  I have never "squatted" and domains, if you think otherwise please enlighten me so I can know of it.  On the contrary to me, Mr. Maher is KNOWN to be a domain squatter. He has "squatted" allaboutkids.com from Disney, INC.

In response to calling the business daily. Since I was a paying customer I have the right to call the business whenever I want, especially when the business is doing me wrong.  I actually only called a few times a week, and it was only this much since the person who I need to talk to was seemingly never in the office.

You can see that man is dishonest, and is just trying to cover his tracks because he messed up.  You can clearly see that he does not even know what he is talking about since his registrar is Network Solutions, not registrars.  I also highly doubt that this complaint is unfounded, since the FBI, ICANN, and NSI management have taken great interest in helping me out.
