I see no overwhelming evidence on either parties case here.

It's a he said/he said string at best.

At this point all I can offer up on the table is this : Keefe if you are indeed wronged here and lost your domain becuase someone dropped the ball. Pick up the ball and run with it and fight legally as best you can to regain the domain.

If you cannot then it's time to move on and let bygons be bygons. Chalk it up as a lesson learned, store it in the ol database and aviod it again in the future.

To sit here and belittle the wrong doer in question here is a bit rediculous in my opinion. It's been done right? Can you do anything about it? Sounds to me like NO is the answer. Ok, next step. Register a new domain that works for you and keep on trucking.

All the other posts of angry, and rediculous bable about what you are going to do yada yada I can't bare to repeat most of it. Hey it's time to grow up and act somewhat responsibly.

Things happen and we either learn from our mistakes or we continue to repeat them throughout our lives. Doing the same thing over and over expecting diferrent results I believe that is called insanity.

Is bashing the company in question going to fix it? Is continually harassing and spewing vulgarities going to fix it? Didn't think so.
