Default Re: HARDWAREPUB.COM DOMAIN NAME HIJACKED

Well, Mr Maher's full BS!!!! I am supporting Keefe's action against the Hijacker/Hacker

Maher should go to polygraph for the lie detector by the FBI agents, if he gets guilty, heh! Maher's loser and landing into the jail box!

Wow, Mr Maher has graced us with his presence!  Hello Pete from the other guy that owned domains that you chose to delete!

I can personally vouch for atleast 90% of what Keefe has said.  I can't vouch for the full 100%, only because Keefe has talked to about 3 times as many department heads and managers at NetSol/Verisign than I did.

As employees of Netwurx, we paid for our domains with deductions on our paychecks or with hours worked under the table.  It was a decent deal then, $14/year of registration.  Now it's easy enough to get even cheaper on your own.

Pete, you got behind in your bill with Registrars.com and after they rolled those accounts over into NetSol, they called you on those bad debts.  So you opted to delete Keefe's and my domains to whittle down your $900 debt.

So everyone knows, our domains were paid for a good time.  I had a few domains that were to expire Sept11, 2002, but that was a good 3 months in the future.  Most of the rest of my domains were good well into 2003.  Keefe's domains were in the same boat.

Pete, short and sweet you f*cked Keefe and f*cked yourself and your company.  This story has gotten the attention of the national media, the FBI (not sure what jurisdiction they have over the matter, but I will be calling them too), NSI, and ICANN.  Let me ask you a few closing questions:

1) How long do you think it will take for the local media to catch wind of this and publish it?  When someone's garbage cans get stole, that makes front page news - where do you think this will get posted in the Hartford Times?  Where do you think the Milw J/S will put it?

2) What do you think customers will think when they find out that their ISP that hosts their professional business websites - they are in so heavy of debt that they have to jettison paid for domains to remain solvent?

3) How long do you think it will take before Keefe has respectable lawyers contacting him to represent him and his company to achieve compensation for his easily proven losses?  How much will it cost to have your expensive Chicago lawyer advise you on these affairs?

4) How many people will you have to terminate just to stay in business?

Well, last one is overkill, but you get my point.  It's just to show you that your actions ripple back to you each time you do something hurtful like this.  As a good example, look at me.  Months after you lay me off, I hear that you were talking about how you thought I was hacking your customer database to get info on customers so I could advertise my computer repair services.  You then retailiate by giving me bad references, which leaves me jobless and idle and mad.  Months later you find out that it was another employee that was stealing your info and hacking your network.  So, because you went overkill, I went months without work and just ruined our friendship.  Of course, you know what happened then.

For the better good of your company, you really should run al your rash decisions past Pamela.  She atleast had business sense and knew to plan her actions around future repercussions.  It's proven by her awesome win ratio in FreeCell.

Pete, I just heard about the Inforamp domains.  Ouch, seems you let a few other domains get deleted too?  Well, maybe we can all sue together.  CLASS ACTION TIME!

Take care-
