I know Keefe personally, and have had many conversations with him. He has aided me in several job's fixing puters and such. I can tell you that we had many conversations regarding what he and others wanted to do as far a business ventures go. Squatting? I don't think so. He had plans for each and everyone of those ventures.
I don't know this Pete personally, however had met him briefly once. I was NOT impressed.
I personally advised Keefe to go to the local district attorny when he received a very threatening letter from this Pete, and to top it all off, Keefe was not yet 18.

Keefe is just to dam easy going. If it were me, I would have the perpetrator of this whole thing hanging on a very sharp stick, sometimes known as "how many charges can you bring against a person" Ya just got to use the tools that our society has furnished us with. The news media, the district attorny, and the courts. In the end the rightious will prevail.
Yes it still Pi--es me off to the max when I see someone screw over people that put their trust in them. This man should be run out of town on a Rail, better yet, where are the tar and feathers.
