For cars I'ld go with a Dodge Viper.  V-10 6-speed and way too much power, which is never a bad thing.  But my true automotive love lies in trucks.  Me and my wife rebuilt her 95 Ford F-150 from the ground up.  New Frame from the factory, 4 inch suspension lift by Skyjacker and 33-inch Mud tires.  Now if we can just rebuild her 302 or shoe-horn a 351 small block in there we can get started on my truck.  I got way to many hobbies.
