My $.02 on the matter.

I would strongly recommend getting Asus's board with an nForce chipset. Asus generally sells 2-4 versions of each board so there should be one. nForce genrally speaking is the chipset to beat, usually posting excessive features and better benchmarks than similar chipsets from other manufactures.

Plus you're guaranteed that it will play nice with your card.
