I disagree. This UltraDM has very limited features, that we can develop far past. What it has is support for 4 fans with speed control using what the call Pulse Width Modulation, and also an LCD display.

That is not what Keefe was reffering to; he was reffering to it being controlled by the software, which in turn would make it completely programmable.

I know RadioShack has a similiar thing to control speed, same exact principle, and it would easily fit on a PCI board. I am looking for it now.
