Re: Eudora questions
ACtually...I don't have a clue as to what the problem was with the printer. All I know is that I have the other cable on and the original drivers. I will let this run for a while like this just to make sure that there are no hiccups...and then I may play with the new drivers to see if I get an error. I know I can always get back to a stable system (boy...that sounds pretty bold considering I am talking about "blue screen of death" windows...).
I have been so busy trying to get everything up and running stable that I still have not tried much with the burner. If it weren't midnight here I would give it a shot tonight. Couldn't sleep...I was in bed at about 10 and tossed and turned. Once my wife was asleep I came down to work on this some more. Had to wait until my son was finished "playing". He has a think for Final Fantasy and a couple of online things. Wish I could get him to spend equal time looking for a college (one more year of high school and it's "empty nest" time).
ANy suggestions on what I should begin with on the burner. I have never had one before so I'm a bit unsure where to start. I suppose I could copy some music disks to start with. I have 50 CDRs on the way. The TDK came with 2 CDRs and 1 CD-RW. Plus I bought a ten pack of CDRs from Target, so I have some to get started with. What do you suggest I start with? Any hints on the nero software? By the way, do you know of any good Napster alternatives. I am really into Jazz and New Age music.
Thanks for the replys and the advice! ;D
