Non Technical Term I believe is "GRUNT"

I am supposed to be a Programmer/Analyst, but I just do what I am told and don't think.

My job definition is to analyze and design databases utilizing a combination of Access, VB and SQL. We are on a SQL Server 2000 backend and an Access 97 frontend.
