I KNOW there is a simple reason for this but as the only I.T guy in a business that spans 3 offices Im too flat out to search for it so I hope u guys can help.

All our work stations are running Windows 95.  I can deleat the files in windows/temp and windows/cookies fine, but for some reason I cant delete the files in windows/tempoary internet files.   Its pissin me off cuz these computers have files on there from 1996!!!  

Please let me know why so I can fix the darn things.
