It will be fairly quiet, however if it actually performs better than an Alpha 8045 I'll be suprised.  Tube pass radiators suck for removing heat, not to mention they totally kill your flow.    Looks like an Eheim 1048 in the pic, that'll be grossly underpowered for such a high pressure drop radiator, most people discovered this about a year ago is you bothered to do any research.  Also those fittings are for 1/4" ID fittings, this will totally choke your flow rates.  Maybe if you use a better radiator such as a converted heatercore, or even a BIX and moved to a 3/8" ID or better yet a 1/2" ID system you might get somewhere.  As it is you are pretty much wasting your time.
