if they do the same for the one as they do the audigy 2, you're screwed.. there might be a way around it now, but as far as I know, you HAVE to have the cd's to get sound to work at all.. because all files online only update the original drivers..
that was the situation back when I had a problem and thus looked it up.. they might have a way around it now though... look on
